
Police in the municipality of Abington released images of a skater during a robbery at a store in the state of Pennsylvania. The case gained traction on social media.
Authorities are seeking more information about the suspected skater who robbed a Lukoil Mart on May 25.
“The suspect, who arrived and left the store on rollerblades, was armed with a pistol and a knife strapped to the front of his waist,” the police said in a statement on Facebook.
“He demanded all the money from the register and threatened to shoot the employee if he didn’t comply,” the post continued.
The skater was wearing a hoodie, cap, shorts, and a mask covering his face. He was wearing black and white rollerblades.
The amount of money stolen from the register has not been disclosed.

“He was yelling at me for no reason, ‘Give me all the money!’ He was yelling really loud, and at that moment I got a little scared,” said the employee, identified only as Amaan, to WABC-TV News.
“The employee did a fantastic job remaining very calm and deliberate in his actions,” praised Detective Sergeant Troy Hummel of the Abington Township Police.
Authorities are accepting any information about the suspected skater.
